Responsibilities
*Assist civil, electrical, plumbing, and MEP technicians with daily site activities.
*Support installation, repair, maintenance, and basic construction works as directed by supervisors.
*Load, unload, transport, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment.
*Prepare work areas and ensure materials and tools are readily available for assigned tasks.
*Assist with basic drilling, cutting, fixing, cleaning, and other general site activities.
*Follow instructions from supervisors, foremen, and skilled technicians accurately.
*Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping across work areas.
*Handle tools and equipment safely and report damaged or faulty items.
*Follow project specifications, company procedures, and UAE health and safety requirements.
*Use appropriate PPE and maintain a safe working environment at all times.
*Support other site activities as required to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.
Requirements
*Previous experience as a Civil Helper, MEP Helper, Construction Helper, or General Helper is preferred.
*Basic knowledge of construction or MEP works is an advantage.
*Physically fit and able to work outdoors and in a construction-site environment.
*Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime when required.
*Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a multicultural team.
*Strong work ethic, punctuality, reliability, and positive attitude.
*UAE construction experience is an advantage.
*Candidates currently in the UAE and available for immediate joining are preferred.
