JOB DESCRIPTION:
Enova Facilities Management Services is looking for a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to join its technical team in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC and cooling systems across assigned facilities, ensuring these systems operate efficiently and reliably while supporting occupant comfort, safety, and energy efficiency.

Responsibilities
*Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC and air-conditioning systems.
*Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain AHUs, FCUs, package units, split units, VRF/VRV systems, chillers, pumps, cooling towers, and related equipment.
*Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration faults and implement effective corrective actions.
*Monitor HVAC system performance and identify potential failures or operational issues.
*Perform routine checks of refrigerant levels, pressures, temperatures, filters, belts, motors, compressors, and other components.
*Carry out refrigerant charging, recovery, leak detection, and related HVAC works in accordance with approved procedures.
*Respond promptly to breakdowns, emergency calls, and maintenance requests.
*Complete planned maintenance activities according to schedules and manufacturer recommendations.
*Record maintenance activities, equipment readings, faults, repairs, and spare-part requirements accurately.
*Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other MEP teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.
*Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company procedures, HSE requirements, and applicable UAE standards.
*Maintain tools, equipment, plant rooms, and work areas in a clean, safe, and professional condition.
*Support energy-saving initiatives and recommend measures to improve HVAC system efficiency and reliability.
Requirements
*Diploma, or equivalent technical qualification in HVAC, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or Mechanical Engineering.
*3–5 years of relevant HVAC maintenance experience, preferably within UAE facilities management.
*Hands-on experience with commercial/residential HVAC systems and MEP maintenance.
*Good knowledge of refrigeration systems, electrical controls, motors, compressors, pumps, and HVAC components.
*Technical qualification is a MUST.
*Ability to read basic HVAC, mechanical, and electrical drawings.
*Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
*Good understanding of occupational health and safety practices.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural technical team.
*Good level of English literacy is a must.
*Candidates currently in the UAE and available for immediate joining will be preferred.
