<p>Enova Facilities Management Services is seeking an experienced and technically competent MEP Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and performance of MEP systems across assigned facilities in the UAE. The successful candidate will lead technical teams, coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensure service quality, and maintain compliance with HSE requirements and client standards.</p>

Responsibilities
*Supervise daily MEP operations and maintenance activities across assigned facilities.
*Lead and coordinate technicians, electricians, HVAC technicians, plumbers, and other technical personnel.
*Plan, assign, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
*Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, firefighting, and related building services systems.
*Respond to equipment breakdowns and ensure timely troubleshooting and corrective action.
*Monitor equipment performance and identify potential failures or maintenance requirements.
*Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are completed accurately and on time.
*Review work orders, maintenance reports, checklists, equipment readings, and service records.
*Coordinate with engineers, facility managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and client representatives.
*Ensure MEP works comply with approved procedures, technical specifications, manufacturer recommendations, and client requirements.
*Monitor the quality of workmanship and ensure maintenance standards are consistently maintained.
*Conduct regular inspections of plant rooms, equipment, technical areas, and building services.
*Ensure compliance with UAE HSE requirements, company policies, and site safety procedures.
*Conduct toolbox talks and ensure technicians use appropriate PPE and safe working practices.
*Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, incidents, spare parts, and equipment status.
*Monitor the use of tools, materials, and spare parts and minimise unnecessary wastage.
*Support energy-efficiency initiatives and recommend improvements to enhance system reliability and operational performance.
*Assist with emergency response, planned shutdowns, testing, commissioning, and other technical activities as required.
Requirements
*Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, MEP Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
*Minimum 3-5 years of relevant MEP maintenance experience, including at least 1year in a supervisory role.
*Strong hands-on knowledge of building MEP systems and facilities maintenance.
*Experience supervising multicultural technical teams in commercial, residential, hospitality, retail, or large-scale facilities.
*Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, firefighting, and building management systems.
*Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings, technical documents, and maintenance schedules.
*Strong troubleshooting, leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
*Good knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
*Familiarity with UAE HSE standards and facilities management procedures.
*Strong communication and customer-service skills.
*Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
*UAE facilities management experience is highly preferred.
*Candidates currently in the UAE and available for immediate joining will be preferred.
