<p>Job Overview:<br />
Enova Facilities Management Services is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage the receipt, storage, issuance, and control of materials, spare parts, tools, equipment, and consumables at assigned facilities across the UAE. The successful candidate will maintain accurate inventory records, ensure effective stock management, guarantee the timely availability of materials, and ensure all storekeeping activities comply with company procedures and HSE standards.</p>
<p>Key Responsibilities:<br />
– Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials, spare parts, tools, equipment, and consumables<br />
– Issue stock items accurately, following established procedures<br />
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records<br />
– Monitor stock levels to ensure the timely availability of materials<br />
– Organize and store items properly within the store<br />
– Ensure all storekeeping activities comply with company procedures and HSE standards</p>

Responsibilities
*Receive, inspect, verify, and record incoming materials, spare parts, tools, and consumables.
*Check delivered items against purchase orders, delivery notes, specifications, and quantities.
*Properly label, store, and organise materials to ensure easy identification and accessibility.
*Maintain accurate stock records using inventory systems, spreadsheets, or approved documentation.
*Issue materials, tools, and spare parts to authorised personnel against approved requests.
*Monitor stock levels and raise replenishment requests before critical items reach minimum levels.
*Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
*Apply FIFO/FEFO principles where applicable, particularly for items with shelf-life requirements.
*Monitor the condition of stored materials and ensure proper storage conditions to prevent damage, deterioration, or loss.
*Maintain records of material receipts, issues, transfers, returns, and adjustments.
*Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, engineering, and facility management teams to ensure timely availability of required materials.
*Monitor and control the movement of tools and equipment and maintain appropriate issue/return records.
*Identify obsolete, damaged, excess, or slow-moving stock and report findings to management.
*Maintain a clean, organised, and safe store in accordance with company HSE requirements.
*Ensure proper handling and storage of chemicals, electrical materials, mechanical parts, and other controlled items where applicable.
*Support internal and client audits by providing accurate inventory records and documentation.
*Prepare periodic stock, consumption, and inventory reports as required.
*Follow company procedures, security requirements, and applicable UAE regulations.
Requirements
*Diploma or equivalent qualification in Store Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
*Minimum 3-5 years of relevant storekeeping experience, preferably within UAE facilities management, MEP, construction, engineering, or maintenance operations.
*Practical experience managing MEP spare parts, tools, equipment, electrical and mechanical materials, and consumables is highly advantageous.
*Good knowledge of inventory control, stock reconciliation, material handling, and warehouse procedures.
*Experience using ERP, inventory management systems, MS Excel, or similar software.
*Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
*Good organisational, communication, and coordination skills.
*Ability to work independently and effectively with multicultural teams.
*Knowledge of HSE requirements and safe material-storage practices.
*Physically fit and able to handle materials when required, in accordance with safe lifting procedures.
*UAE facilities management experience is highly preferred.
*Candidates currently in the UAE and available for immediate joining will be preferred.
