Creative Scholars Pre Schools is seeking a dependable Bus Attendant to support the safe, comfortable transportation of passengers, with particular attention to children and individuals who may need extra assistance during their journey. This role plays an important part in ensuring every trip runs smoothly and safely, in line with company policies and transportation regulations.
Working closely with the driver, the Bus Attendant supports passengers from the moment they board until they safely disembark. Your presence helps maintain a secure, well-organized environment throughout the journey, while also keeping the bus clean and orderly for every trip.

Responsibilities
Assist passengers with boarding and leaving the bus safely.
Ensure passengers remain seated and follow bus safety rules.
Monitor passenger behavior and maintain a safe environment.
Assist children and passengers who require additional support.
Help maintain cleanliness and order inside the bus.
Report accidents, incidents, or safety concerns to the driver or supervisor.
Check the bus for lost items after each trip.
Assist the driver when necessary while the bus is stationary.
Follow company policies, safety procedures, and transportation regulations.
Maintain professional and courteous communication with passengers.
Requirements
Previous experience as a bus attendant or similar role is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsible, patient, and attentive personality.
Ability to work flexible hours and shifts.
Physically fit and able to assist passengers when required.
Basic understanding of safety procedures.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
