Responsibilities
Record daily sales and staff sales accurately.
Maintain office expense records, receipts, invoices, and vouchers.
Process and record staff salary and commission payments.
Monitor outstanding customer payments and follow up when required.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Reconcile cash, bank, and card transactions.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
Maintain petty cash and supporting documents.
Assist with payroll, UAE VAT, and corporate tax records.
Ensure all financial information remains accurate and confidential.
Support management during audits and financial reviews.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Previous accounting or bookkeeping experience is preferred.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Understanding of UAE accounting and tax procedures is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
