Job Description
Sadaf Premium Interior Design and Contracting LLC is looking for a dedicated HSE Safety Officer to help uphold health, safety, and environmental standards across its interior fit-out and contracting projects in Dubai. This role is central to maintaining a safe, compliant, and well-organized work environment on active project sites.
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring day-to-day site activities, identifying potential hazards, and taking proactive steps to prevent incidents. Working closely with site and project teams, the HSE Safety Officer will help embed a strong safety culture while ensuring adherence to company policies and applicable UAE HSE regulations.
Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a vigilant and confident safety professional who can clearly communicate safety expectations, spot risks before they escalate into incidents, and consistently promote a culture of compliance and accountability. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in fast-paced fit-out and construction environments and takes a hands-on, detail-oriented approach to site safety.

Responsibilities
*Conduct daily site safety inspections.
*Ensure workers follow PPE and safety requirements.
*Conduct toolbox talks and safety inductions.
*Identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
*Prepare risk assessments and safety reports.
*Investigate and report incidents and near misses.
*Maintain HSE records and documentation.
*Coordinate with site and project teams on safety matters.
Requirements
*Experience in interior Fit-out / Construction.
*NEBOSH / IOSH Certification preferred.
*Good knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and site safety procedures.
*Knowledge of risk assessments, toolbox talks, and safety inspections.
*Ability to prepare and maintain HSE documentation.
*Good communication and coordination skills.
*Immediate joiners preferred.
