<p>NAFFCO Group is looking for a responsible and experienced Light & Heavy Bus Driver who holds valid UAE Driving Licenses No. 3 and No. 6. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for safely transporting employees and authorized passengers between company locations, accommodation, project sites, and other designated destinations throughout the UAE. The position requires a strong commitment to passenger safety, punctuality, proper vehicle care, and professional conduct at all times.</p>

Responsibilities
*Safely operate company light vehicles and heavy buses in compliance with UAE traffic laws and company policies.
*Transport employees and authorized passengers safely and efficiently according to assigned routes and schedules.
*Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of employees at designated locations.
*Follow approved transportation schedules, routes, and instructions from the transport supervisor.
*Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report mechanical or safety issues immediately.
*Maintain the assigned vehicle in a clean, safe, and roadworthy condition.
*Monitor vehicle condition, fuel levels, tyre pressure, lights, brakes, and other essential safety components.
*Ensure all passengers follow applicable company and vehicle safety requirements.
*Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle inspections where required.
*Report accidents, breakdowns, traffic violations, delays, or other incidents promptly to management.
*Coordinate with HR, transport, accommodation, project, and site teams regarding employee transportation requirements.
*Exercise extra care when driving buses in residential, industrial, construction, and high-traffic areas.
*Maintain professional, courteous, and respectful behavior when interacting with employees, visitors, clients, and other road users.
*Follow all company HSE, security, and transportation procedures.
*Assist with additional transportation duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
*Valid UAE Driving Licences No. 3 & 6 are mandatory.
*Minimum 2 years of relevant driving experience, preferably in the UAE.
*Proven experience driving light vehicles and heavy buses.
*Strong knowledge of UAE roads, major routes, traffic regulations, and locations.
*Clean and safe driving record with excellent road-safety awareness.
*Good knowledge of vehicle safety checks and basic troubleshooting.
*Ability to use GPS and navigation applications effectively.
*Good communication and interpersonal skills.
*Physically fit, punctual, reliable, and disciplined.
*Willingness to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and overtime when required.
*Previous experience transporting employees for a large UAE-based company is an advantage.
*Candidates currently in the UAE and available for immediate joining will be preferred.
