Job Description

CRU Facilities Management Services LLC is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join its team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across assigned areas, ensuring floors, surfaces, and fixtures are kept spotless and well maintained on a daily basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of general cleaning duties, including vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping different types of flooring, dusting ceilings, light fittings, countertops, and furniture, as well as scrubbing and sanitizing toilets, sinks, and kitchen fixtures. Additional tasks include emptying trash bins, washing and drying windows, and maintaining a consistently tidy and hygienic environment throughout the workday.

In addition to hands-on cleaning tasks, the Cleaner will coordinate with the line manager to ensure an adequate supply of cleaning products is always available. Any breakages that occur during cleaning must be reported promptly, and the line manager should be informed of any repairs needed within the premises.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is physically fit, organized, and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision. They should be comfortable standing for extended periods and confident using a variety of cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively.

Flexibility is important, as the role requires availability during mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed. While a high school diploma or equivalent is advantageous, prior experience in a similar cleaning role is preferred. Strong time-management skills and a proactive approach to identifying and reporting maintenance issues will help the candidate succeed in this position.
