Job Description

Al Safa LLC is seeking a qualified, enthusiastic, and dedicated English Teacher to join its educational team in the UAE. This role centers on delivering engaging English lessons, supporting students’ language development, and fostering a positive, inclusive classroom environment where learners can thrive.

The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping students’ command of the English language, guiding them through grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills while nurturing their confidence and curiosity. Lessons will be planned and delivered in line with the school curriculum, using creative teaching methods and educational technology to keep students engaged and motivated.

Beyond lesson delivery, the English Teacher will be responsible for assessing academic progress, providing constructive feedback, and identifying individual learning needs to ensure every student receives appropriate support. Maintaining accurate records, upholding classroom discipline, and communicating professionally with parents, colleagues, and school management are also integral to this role.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate holds a relevant qualification in English or Education, possesses excellent written and spoken communication skills, and demonstrates strong classroom management abilities.
