• Enjoys engaging with customers and creating a welcoming store experience
• Communicates clearly and confidently with both customers and colleagues
• Comfortable working flexible shifts, including busier periods
• Has basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
• Brings prior retail experience and strong customer service instincts
• Stays motivated and organized, even during high-traffic shifts
• A background in sales, marketing, commerce or a related field is a plus, though not mandatory
