Job Description
Aayu Tax and Management Consultants is looking for an Accountant to join its team. This is an entry-level opportunity suited to candidates who are beginning their accounting career and are keen to build a strong foundation in financial reporting, compliance and analysis within a professional consultancy environment.
In this role, you will work closely with management to maintain accurate financial records, ensure compliance with relevant accounting regulations, and support the organization with reliable data that informs business decisions. The position involves handling numerical information with precision, meeting deadlines, and presenting clear, transparent reports to stakeholders.

You should be comfortable working with large volumes of data, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and confident in your ability to communicate financial information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities
Complying with all company, local, state, and federal accounting and financial regulations.
Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data.
Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc.
Presenting data to managers, investors, and other entities.
Maintaining accurate financial records.
Performing audits and resolving discrepancies.
Computing taxes.
Keeping informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting.
Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
More education or experience may be preferred.
Special licenses or certification may be required.
Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.
Understanding of mathematics and accounting and financial processes.
Ethical behavior.
Attention to detail.
