Al Salam Cultural Institute is looking for a dedicated Teacher to join its team of educators. This role centres on supporting student learning through structured lessons, ongoing assessment and a well-managed classroom environment. The successful candidate will play a direct part in shaping students’ academic progress while contributing to a positive and productive learning atmosphere.
The position involves preparing educational materials, delivering lessons tailored to individual student needs, and maintaining accurate records of academic performance. You will also be expected to communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and take part in planning activities that support the wider educational goals of the institute.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in teaching or a related field and brings at least two years of classroom experience. A solid understanding of teaching methodologies and educational procedures is essential, along with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with students, parents and colleagues.

Responsibilities
Developing and issuing educational content including notes, tests, and assignments.
Supervising classes to ensure all students are learning in a safe and productive environment.
Organizing supplies and resources for lectures and presentations.
Delivering personalized instruction to each student by encouraging interactive learning.
Planning and implementing educational activities and events.
Ensuring your classroom is clean and orderly.
Preparing and distributing periodic progress reports and semester report cards.
Attending parent-teacher meetings.
Evaluating and documenting students’ progress.
Allocating and grading homework, assignments, and tests.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in teaching or relevant field.
A minimum of 2 years experience as a teacher.
In-depth knowledge of teaching methods and legal educational procedures.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Well-organized with excellent leadership abilities.
Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.
