AC Technician

Job Description

Al Sahir General Contracting Establishment is recruiting an AC Technician to join its maintenance team in Abu Dhabi. This is a full-time position for a technician who can keep air conditioning systems running reliably, from planned servicing to urgent breakdown calls.

The role covers routine preventive and corrective maintenance across a range of AC equipment. You will inspect units, diagnose mechanical and electrical faults, carry out repairs, and make sure every job meets safety and quality standards. You will also be called on to respond to breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests, and to document your work through maintenance reports while using tools and materials properly.

The company is looking for someone with around 3 years of experience in AC maintenance, including exposure to MEP projects. Familiarity with FCU, AHU, FAHU, VRF, ducted, split and window AC systems is important, as is the ability to work through a fault independently and see it through to a fix.

Package Overview

The advertised salary is AED 1,500 – 3,000. The package also includes visa, accommodation, transportation, medical cover and annual leave, along with other benefits.

• An AC technician with hands-on experience in maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of both split and central systems.
• Someone comfortable working independently as well as in a team.
• A person able to stay calm and effective when emergency requests come in.
• A hardworking, honest professional with good spoken and written English for coordinating with colleagues and reporting on completed work.
• Candidates with UAE experience are preferred, and a valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
