Job Description
Sponsa Bridal is looking to hire an attentive Cleaner to join its team. This role involves maintaining a clean, hygienic and well-organized environment by dusting surfaces, vacuuming and mopping floors, cleaning windows and removing stains from various surfaces. The position is suited to someone who takes pride in delivering thorough, consistent cleaning results.
The successful candidate will be expected to complete assigned tasks within the stipulated timeframes, working efficiently even with minimal supervision. Physical stamina and attention to detail are important, as the role involves standing for extended periods and moving between different cleaning duties throughout the shift.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is reliable, organized and comfortable working independently. They should be confident using a range of cleaning products and equipment, able to manage their time effectively, and willing to flexibly cover mornings, evenings and weekends as required. A proactive approach to reporting breakages or maintenance needs, along with good communication with the line manager, will help ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities
Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors of various types.
Dusting ceilings, light fittings, countertops, and loose furniture.
Scrubbing and sanitizing toilets, sinks, and kitchen fixtures.
Emptying trash cans.
Washing and drying windows.
Liaising with the line manager to ensure that you have sufficient cleaning products at all times.
Reporting any breakages that occur during the cleaning process.
Informing the line manager of repairs that need to be done.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent is advantageous.
Proven experience in a similar role.
Able to use a variety of cleaning products and equipment.
Able to stand for extended periods of time.
Excellent organizational skills.
Able to complete tasks on time with minimal supervision.
Available to work mornings and evenings, plus weekends, as needed.
