The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out routine gardening, irrigation, landscaping, and general grounds maintenance tasks, while ensuring the surrounding environment remains clean, safe, and visually appealing.</p>

Responsibilities
*Maintain lawns, gardens, landscaped areas, trees, shrubs, flowers, and ornamental plants.
*Perform regular watering, pruning, trimming, planting, weeding, fertilizing, and grass cutting.
*Operate and maintain basic gardening tools and landscaping equipment safely.
*Monitor plant health and identify signs of pests, diseases, or damage.
*Carry out basic pest-control and plant-care activities in accordance with approved procedures.
*Maintain and inspect irrigation systems, sprinklers, pipes, and related equipment and report faults promptly.
*Prepare soil, planting areas, flower beds, and landscaped spaces for new plants.
*Remove dry leaves, branches, weeds, and other garden waste and maintain proper housekeeping.
*Ensure outdoor areas, pathways, entrances, and surrounding grounds remain clean and presentable.
*Assist with seasonal planting, landscaping improvements, and outdoor decoration activities.
*Use fertilisers, pesticides, and other gardening chemicals safely and according to instructions.
*Maintain gardening tools and equipment in good working condition and report damaged or faulty equipment.
*Follow company HSE procedures and use appropriate PPE when performing gardening and maintenance tasks.
*Support other general grounds-maintenance duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
*Previous experience as a Gardener, Groundskeeper, Landscaping Worker, or similar role is preferred.
*Practical knowledge of plants, lawn care, pruning, irrigation, and general landscaping.
*Ability to operate basic gardening tools and equipment.
*Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
*Basic understanding of workplace health and safety procedures.
*Reliable, punctual, hardworking, and able to follow instructions.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team.
*Good communication skills are an advantage.
*Candidates currently in the UAE and available for immediate joining will be preferred.
