Job Description
EvSye Facility Management is looking for dependable and service-focused Housekeeping Staff to join its growing team in Dubai, UAE. This role plays an important part in maintaining clean, hygienic, and well-presented facilities across offices, residential buildings, commercial properties, and common areas. The successful candidate will help ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients, employees, residents, and visitors alike.
This is a hands-on housekeeping role suited to individuals who take pride in their work, follow structured cleaning routines, and enjoy contributing to a smooth-running facilities team. You will be expected to carry out daily cleaning tasks to a consistent standard, use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely, and support the wider facility management team in delivering a high level of service.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is physically fit, detail-oriented, and comfortable working on their feet throughout the shift. Prior experience in housekeeping, cleaning, hospitality, or facilities management is preferred, and familiarity with UAE work environments is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities
Perform daily cleaning and housekeeping duties across assigned facilities, including offices, residential areas, commercial properties, common areas, corridors, lobbies, washrooms, and other designated spaces.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, polish, sanitize, and maintain assigned areas to the required standards.
Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces, washrooms, fixtures, furniture, and other frequently used areas.
Replenish toiletries, cleaning supplies, and consumables as required.
Properly use cleaning chemicals, equipment, tools, and machinery in accordance with company procedures and safety instructions.
Follow daily cleaning schedules, checklists, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and client requirements.
Collect, segregate, and dispose of waste safely and appropriately.
Carry out periodic deep-cleaning and special cleaning activities when required.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping stores and equipment.
Report maintenance issues, damages, safety hazards, pest concerns, or other facility-related observations to the supervisor promptly.
Protect client property and maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Follow all company policies, health and safety procedures, hygiene standards, and site-specific requirements.
Work closely with supervisors and other facility management teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Maintain professional grooming, punctuality, discipline, and a customer-focused attitude.
Requirements
Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, hospitality, facilities management, residential, commercial, hospital, hotel, or similar environments is preferred.
1–2 years of relevant experience is advantageous.
UAE experience in housekeeping or facilities management will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of basic cleaning methods, housekeeping procedures, and safe use of cleaning chemicals.
Ability to operate basic cleaning equipment and machinery safely.
Physically fit and capable of standing, walking, bending, and performing cleaning duties for extended periods.
Good attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Reliable, punctual, disciplined, and able to follow instructions.
Basic English communication skills are preferred.
Ability to work effectively within a multicultural workforce.
Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, public holidays, and overtime when required.
