Job Description

Al Safa Hotel is looking for an In House Security Officer to help safeguard its property, staff, guests, and visitors while maintaining a safe and well-controlled environment across the premises. This role suits someone who is alert, disciplined, and comfortable working shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

As an In House Security Officer, you will play a key part in day-to-day safety operations, monitoring access points, conducting patrols, and responding quickly to any incidents or emergencies. You will also help maintain accurate security records and ensure that established access-control procedures are consistently followed throughout the property.

Ideal Candidate

• Comfortable monitoring entrances, exits, and designated areas to control the movement of employees, visitors, and vehicles
• Able to remain alert and physically fit throughout duty hours, including patrols and shift work
• Confident using CCTV and other security systems where applicable
• Capable of responding promptly and calmly to security incidents, emergencies, or alarms
• Organized enough to maintain daily logs and prepare clear incident reports
• Professional and courteous when assisting visitors or providing basic directions
• Has good communication and observation skills, with basic English proficiency
• Previous security experience or a relevant certification is an advantage; freshers may also be considered for suitable positions
