EvSye Facility Management is looking for dedicated, hygiene-conscious Kitchen Stewards to join its team in Dubai, UAE. This role is central to maintaining clean, safe, and well-organized kitchen operations, supporting chefs and kitchen teams by ensuring that all workstations, equipment, and utensils meet high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
As a Kitchen Steward, you will play a key part in the smooth daily running of the kitchen, handling cleaning, sanitation, and organizational tasks that keep food-service operations hygienic and efficient. The role suits individuals who take pride in cleanliness, work well under supervision, and are comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
*Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, workstations, floors, walls, sinks, storage areas, and other designated spaces.
*Wash, rinse, and sanitize crockery, cutlery, utensils, pots, pans, trays, and kitchen equipment.
*Operate dishwashing and cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
*Maintain cleanliness of kitchen machinery, preparation areas, and food-service equipment.
*Collect, segregate, and dispose of kitchen waste according to established procedures.
*Ensure garbage bins and waste areas are kept clean and hygienic.
*Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning, organizing, and support duties as required.
*Clean and maintain refrigerators, freezers, storage areas, and other designated equipment.
*Replenish cleaning materials and report shortages to the supervisor.
*Use cleaning chemicals and equipment correctly and in accordance with safety instructions.
*Follow HACCP, food safety, hygiene, health and safety, and company standards.
*Immediately report damaged equipment, plumbing issues, pest concerns, spills, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
*Assist with receiving, moving, and organizing kitchen supplies when required.
*Perform scheduled deep-cleaning activities to maintain required hygiene standards.
*Keep the kitchen and surrounding areas organized and free from unnecessary hazards.
*Follow all company policies, client requirements, housekeeping procedures, and supervisor instructions.
*Maintain a professional attitude and cooperate effectively with chefs, kitchen staff, supervisors, and other facility management teams.
Requirements
*Previous experience as a Kitchen Steward, Steward, Kitchen Helper, Dishwasher, Cleaner, or similar role is preferred.
*Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in hotels, restaurants, catering companies, hospitals, staff accommodation, central *kitchens, or large-scale food-service operations is an advantage.
*UAE experience in hospitality, catering, or facilities management will be an added advantage.
*Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene, sanitation, and safe cleaning practices.
*Ability to safely handle cleaning chemicals, equipment, and kitchen utensils.
*Physically fit and capable of standing, walking, lifting, bending, and performing cleaning duties for extended periods.
*Strong work ethic, reliability, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
*Basic English communication skills are preferred.
*Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
*Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, public holidays, and overtime according to operational requirements.
*Candidates currently in the UAE and available for immediate joining will be preferred.
