Job Description
EvSye Facility Management is looking for professional and customer-focused Waiters to join its team in Dubai, UAE. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in delivering attentive, courteous service and who understand the importance of creating a positive dining experience for every guest.
As a Waiter, you will be the face of the dining service, guiding guests through their meal from greeting to farewell. You will present menu options, take accurate orders, and ensure food and beverages are served promptly and to the expected presentation standard. Beyond service delivery, you will play an active role in keeping dining and buffet areas clean, well-stocked, and ready for guests at all times.
Success in this position depends on strong coordination with kitchen and service teams, a sharp eye for detail, and a calm, professional manner even during busy periods. You will also be expected to uphold hygiene, health, and safety standards throughout every shift, and to support banquets, events, and catering functions as needed.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is someone with a genuine passion for hospitality and guest service, comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Prior experience in a similar food and beverage role is preferred, along with good knowledge of service etiquette and procedures.

Responsibilities
*Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
*Present menus, explain available food and beverage options, and respond to guest enquiries.
*Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and service teams.
*Serve food and beverages efficiently and according to established service standards.
*Ensure orders are delivered accurately, promptly, and with proper presentation.
*Check guest satisfaction throughout the meal and respond professionally to requests or concerns.
*Clear and reset tables promptly while maintaining cleanliness and organization.
*Prepare and maintain dining, buffet, service, and beverage areas before, during, and after service.
*Ensure cutlery, crockery, glassware, napkins, condiments, and other service items are properly stocked.
*Assist with buffet setup, replenishment, and service when required.
*Maintain high standards of personal grooming, hygiene, and professional appearance.
*Follow food safety, hygiene, health and safety, and company procedures at all times.
*Handle food and beverages carefully and according to established hygiene standards.
*Coordinate effectively with chefs, kitchen stewards, supervisors, and other service staff.
*Report guest feedback, complaints, equipment issues, breakages, or other concerns to the supervisor.
*Support special functions, events, banquets, and catering activities as required.
*Follow all client-specific service standards, operational procedures, and instructions from supervisors.
*Assist with closing duties and ensure all assigned areas are properly cleaned and prepared for the next service.
Requirements
*Previous experience as a Waiter, Food & Beverage Attendant, Restaurant Server, or similar role is preferred.
*Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in hotels, restaurants, catering companies, cafeterias, staff catering, or hospitality environments is an advantage.
*UAE hospitality, catering, or facilities management experience will be an added advantage.
Good knowledge of food and beverage service procedures and dining etiquette.
*Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
*Good verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
*Well-groomed, professional, polite, and customer-oriented.
*Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
*Strong teamwork, reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
*Physically fit and able to stand and walk for extended periods.
*Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, public holidays, and overtime according to operational requirements.
*Candidates currently in the UAE and available for immediate joining will be preferred.
