Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description

Al Safa Hotel is looking for a capable Warehouse Supervisor to manage the daily operations of its warehouse. This role involves coordinating a team, maintaining stock accuracy, and ensuring that goods move through the facility smoothly, from receiving through to dispatch. The successful candidate will play a key part in keeping warehouse processes organized, safe, and aligned with company standards.

As Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee the full cycle of warehouse activity, including checking incoming goods, maintaining proper storage, and coordinating outgoing dispatches. You will guide the warehouse team, assign daily tasks, and monitor performance to keep operations running efficiently. Close coordination with purchasing and logistics teams will be essential to ensure stock levels are accurate and supply needs are met without disruption.

Maintaining accurate inventory records is a core part of this role. You will conduct regular stock checks, identify and report any discrepancies such as damaged or missing items, and support inventory planning based on observed stock movement. Alongside these tasks, you will be responsible for upholding safety, cleanliness, and security standards throughout the warehouse, ensuring that all activities follow the company’s operational guidelines.
