SMR Real Estate is seeking a friendly and customer-focused Sales professional to join its store team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through their shopping experience and ensuring they find exactly what they need. The position calls for someone who enjoys engaging with people, staying organized, and contributing to a positive, efficient store environment.

As a Salesperson, you will greet visitors warmly, assist them in locating products, and provide helpful information about available items. You will also check stock across branches or place orders when needed, process purchases accurately, and maintain awareness of inventory levels. When issues arise that require additional support, you will know when to escalate concerns to management to ensure a smooth resolution for the customer.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is approachable, communicative, and genuinely enjoys helping others. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced retail setting, remain patient and polite even during busy shifts, and take pride in delivering excellent customer service. Basic math skills and a good understanding of store operations will help you succeed, while prior retail experience or a background in sales, marketing, or commerce is a plus.
