Abdalawy Services is looking for a friendly and customer-focused Sales representative to join their store team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people and takes pride in delivering a positive shopping experience. As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a key part in helping them find what they need while keeping store operations running smoothly.

Your day-to-day work will involve welcoming customers as they enter, guiding them through the store, and offering helpful information about available products. You will also be responsible for checking stock levels, coordinating with other branches when items are unavailable, and processing purchases at the till. Keeping track of inventory and escalating any customer concerns to management will also be part of your responsibilities.

Ideal Candidate

The right candidate is approachable, patient, and genuinely enjoys assisting customers, even during busy shifts. Strong communication skills are essential, along with basic mathematical ability for handling transactions accurately. Prior experience working in a retail environment is preferred, and a background in sales, marketing, commerce, or a related field is considered an advantage, though not mandatory.
