Job Description
ServeU Facilities Management is looking for skilled Plumbers to strengthen its technical maintenance team in Dubai. This role involves handling the day-to-day installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems across assigned facilities, with a strong focus on reliability, safety, and consistent service delivery. Working alongside MEP technicians and site supervisors, the successful candidates will play a key part in keeping water supply, drainage, and sanitary systems running smoothly across the properties they support.
The position suits plumbers who are comfortable working independently as well as part of a coordinated maintenance team, and who take a methodical approach to diagnosing and resolving plumbing faults. Given the nature of facilities management work, flexibility around shifts, weekends, and emergency callouts is an important part of the job.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate brings hands-on plumbing experience gained within facilities management, building maintenance, construction, hospitality, or residential and commercial property environments. A solid understanding of water supply systems, drainage networks, sanitary fixtures, and related equipment is essential, along with the ability to interpret basic plumbing drawings and technical specifications.

Responsibilities
*Install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot water supply, drainage, sanitary, and plumbing systems.
*Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on plumbing fixtures, pipes, valves, pumps, tanks, and related equipment.
*Diagnose and repair water leaks, blockages, low water pressure, drainage issues, and other plumbing faults.
*Perform plumbing installations and modifications according to approved drawings, specifications, and site requirements.
*Inspect pipelines, fittings, valves, sanitary fixtures, and drainage systems for defects or potential problems.
*Replace damaged pipes, fittings, faucets, valves, pumps, and other plumbing components when required.
*Respond promptly to plumbing breakdowns, leaks, and emergency maintenance requests.
*Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimise system failures and water damage.
*Use plumbing tools, equipment, and materials safely and efficiently.
*Maintain accurate records of completed work, materials used, and maintenance activities.
*Coordinate with MEP technicians, supervisors, contractors, and other facility teams when required.
*Maintain a clean and safe work area and comply with company HSE policies and site procedures.
*Report major defects, material requirements, and technical issues to the supervisor.
*Perform other plumbing and maintenance duties as assigned.
Requirements
*Proven experience as a Plumber in facilities management, building maintenance, construction, hospitality, residential, or commercial properties.
*Good knowledge of plumbing systems, water supply, drainage, sanitary fixtures, and related equipment.
*Ability to read basic plumbing drawings and understand technical specifications.
*Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance is preferred.
*Ability to diagnose plumbing faults and carry out repairs efficiently.
*Knowledge of safe working practices and basic UAE health and safety requirements.
*Physically fit and capable of working in different site conditions.
*Good communication and teamwork skills.
*Reliable, punctual, hardworking, and safety-conscious.
*Willingness to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and respond to emergency maintenance calls when required.
*Candidates with UAE facilities management experience are preferred.
