Job Description

Noor Saray Real Estate is looking for a friendly, customer-focused salesperson to join its store team. This is a front-of-house role. You will be the first person customers meet and the one who guides them through their visit, from the initial greeting to the final purchase.

Day to day, you will help customers find what they need, answer their questions about items, and process their purchases at the till. You will also support the store behind the scenes by keeping track of inventory and checking stock at other branches or ordering requested items when something is unavailable. If a customer raises a complaint, you will pass it to management so it can be handled properly.

The role suits someone who communicates clearly and stays polite and helpful under pressure, while working toward sales objectives. Busy shifts are part of the job, so motivation and a flexible approach to working hours are important.

Ideal Candidate

• Communicates confidently and keeps a courteous, service-minded manner with every customer.
• Is comfortable with basic maths when handling purchases and stock.
• Stays motivated and focused through busy periods in the store.
• Has a retail background, or a degree in sales, marketing, commerce or a related field, which would be an advantage.
