Job Description
Emax Company is hiring a Store Manager to take charge of day-to-day store operations. The role covers stock control, staff management and promotional planning. The aim is a well-run store that serves customers professionally.
Stock is a central part of the job. The Store Manager tracks sales records and uses them to decide which replacement items to order. They may also occasionally buy new products that customers are likely to enjoy.
The Store Manager also leads the store team through training and day-to-day guidance. They plan promotional campaigns for new products and special offers. They keep the store clean and organized, and step in to calm situations when disagreements arise between staff and customers.
Ideal Candidate
The role suits an organized, punctual and professional person who can multitask and stay composed under pressure. Strong communication skills and a polished, customer-focused manner are important. Retail experience, particularly in a management position, is an advantage.

Responsibilities
Keeping a record of sales and restocking the store accordingly.
Managing and training store staff.
Planning promotional campaigns for new products or specials.
Ensuring that the store is kept clean and organized.
Mediating any confrontations between staff and clients, and de-escalating the situation.
Requirements
Must be organized and punctual.
Well-presented and professional.
A high school qualification or equivalent.
Prior experience in retail, preferably in a management position, would be advantageous.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
