NOVA Businessman Services is recruiting a Telesales Representative to generate sales and donations by telephone. The role centres on speaking with potential customers, understanding what they need and guiding each conversation towards a completed sale. Calls follow a prescribed script, so a clear, confident speaking style is essential.
Day to day, you will contact prospects, keep conversations engaging, and record customer details, purchases and reactions accurately. The position suits someone who is organised and meticulous with records, and who can manage every stage of a sale, from the first call to documentation.
