Job Description
Fala Group of Contracting is looking for a well-organized Site Engineer with strong leadership skills to join its growing team. In this role, you will help manage different parts of construction projects, supervise crew members and keep work moving in line with agreed deadlines.
Day to day, the position combines on-site coordination with planning and reporting. You will prepare time and material cost estimates, carry out quality assurance, observe health and safety standards, and compile reports for a range of stakeholders. You will also work alongside various professionals and create work schedules that support timely delivery.
About the Role
The Site Engineer acts as a link between the site crew, suppliers, clients and project stakeholders. This calls for clear communication, sound technical judgement and the ability to stay organized when several tasks compete for attention.
The advertised salary range for this position is AED 5000 – 7000.

Responsibilities
Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.
Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.
Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects.
Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment as required.
Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts.
Authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans.
Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members and clients.
Gathering data, compiling reports and delivering presentations to relevant stakeholders.
Delegating tasks and scheduling meetings and training sessions where required.
Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or similar.
A driver's license.
Experience in a similar role.
Additional certificates or licenses may be required.
Sound knowledge of Engineering, construction, and design.
Great leadership and organizational skills.
Superb project management skills.
Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects.
Great written and verbal communication skills.
A willingness to learn.
