Job Description
Little Bangkok Restaurant is looking for a Waiter to deliver attentive, professional service to guests throughout their dining experience. The role is guest-facing. You will be the main point of contact from the moment diners arrive until they settle their bill.
The waiter welcomes guests, helps them understand the food and beverage options, and takes orders accurately so the kitchen can prepare them correctly. Once the food is ready, you will serve it promptly and politely, keep tables clean and well presented, and check that guests are satisfied. When a request or complaint comes up, you are expected to respond courteously and help resolve it.
The role also involves close coordination with kitchen staff and other team members to keep service running smoothly. Food safety, hygiene and health regulations, together with the restaurant’s policies and service standards, are part of daily work. So is keeping the dining area clean and welcoming.

Responsibilities
Welcome guests and escort them to their tables.
