Responsibilities
Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, cappuccino, latte, tea, and other beverages.
Welcome customers and take orders professionally.
Operate and maintain coffee machines and other beverage equipment.
Handle customer payments and operate the cash register when required.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the coffee shop and work area.
Refill coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, and other supplies.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
Handle customer complaints politely and efficiently.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor.
Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements
Previous experience as a Barista is preferred.
Knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso machines.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Friendly personality with a positive attitude.
Good personal hygiene and grooming standards.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Basic English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
