Nordex Auto Services is recruiting for a Sales position. The role centres on promoting the company’s products and services, winning new customers and keeping existing client relationships strong. The person in this position will also work toward monthly and annual sales targets.
The work covers the full sales cycle. It begins with finding and approaching prospective customers and continues through quotations, proposals, negotiation within company guidelines, and follow-up on inquiries, orders and payments. The role also involves keeping accurate customer records, updating the sales database and reporting regularly on sales performance to management.
About the Role
This position suits someone who is comfortable speaking with customers and building trust over time. Alongside winning new business, the role includes handling customer complaints, monitoring market trends and competitor activity, and working with other departments so that products or services are delivered on time.
The listed salary is AED 2,000 – 2,500. The experience level is listed as 0, and previous sales experience is described as preferred rather than essential.

- Speaks fluent English. Additional languages are an advantage.
A valid UAE driving licence may be required for field sales positions.

Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential customers to generate new sales.

Requirements
High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Previous experience in sales is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.
Good customer service and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
