Job Description
Power Shade Electromechanical is hiring a Driver to move staff, clients and company materials safely and on schedule. The role suits someone who takes road safety seriously, knows the UAE road network well and can be trusted to represent the company professionally on every trip.
The position involves more than driving from one point to another. The Driver is responsible for the condition of the vehicle, for planning routes sensibly and for keeping accurate trip records. The Driver may also handle company documents and deliveries, so discretion and reliability are essential. The role is offered at a monthly salary range of AED 2,500 – 3,000.
What the Role Involves
Day to day, the Driver will collect and drop off passengers or deliveries at the right time and at the right place. Careful route planning and good time management help keep journeys efficient. Working within UAE traffic laws and road safety regulations is a core part of the job. The Driver will also help load and unload goods when required.
Ideal Candidate
- Holds a valid UAE driving license suitable for the vehicle being driven.
- Is familiar with UAE roads, routes and traffic regulations.
- Is punctual, honest and responsible, and can work independently while following instructions.
- Communicates politely with colleagues and clients, with at least basic English. Additional languages are an advantage.
- Is willing to work flexible hours when the business requires it.
Previous driving experience is preferred, and the company is looking for a dependable professional who is committed to safe driving and to maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities
Safely transport staff, clients, or company materials to designated locations.
Follow traffic laws and road safety regulations in the UAE.
Maintain the vehicle in a clean and good working condition.
Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues.
Plan routes and manage travel time efficiently.
Ensure timely pickup and drop-off of passengers or deliveries.
Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.
Assist with loading and unloading goods when required.
Handle company documents and deliveries responsibly.
Maintain professional behaviour and confidentiality at all times
Requirements
Valid UAE driving license appropriate for the vehicle type.
Previous driving experience is preferred.
Good knowledge of UAE roads, routes, and traffic regulations.
Punctual, honest, and responsible.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Basic English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
Willingness to work flexible hours when required.
