Job Description
AMG Group of companies is looking for a Warehouse Helper to support the daily running of its warehouse. The role covers the full movement of goods through the facility: receiving and unloading deliveries, storing stock, picking and packing orders, and preparing items for dispatch.
The Warehouse Helper works under the direction of the warehouse supervisor and alongside other warehouse staff. Safe handling, accurate stock records and a clean, well-organised working area are central to the position. The monthly salary range is AED 1,800 – 2,300.
What the Role Involves
On a typical day, the Warehouse Helper checks incoming goods against delivery notes, helps load and unload vehicles, and places products in their designated storage locations. The role also includes preparing orders by picking, packing and labelling items, and assisting with stock counts and inventory checks. Any damaged, missing or incorrect items are reported to the supervisor, and the helper assists with delivery documents and stock records when required.
The position also supports the wider operation. The helper follows company procedures for stock control and material handling, and works with other departments on daily tasks as needed.
Ideal Candidate
This position suits someone who is starting out in warehouse work or already has some experience. Previous experience is an advantage but is not always required. A good candidate is physically fit, comfortable with lifting and moving items safely, and able to read labels, delivery notes and basic inventory documents. They work well in a team, communicate clearly, manage their time sensibly and are comfortable taking instructions under supervision.
Flexibility is important, as the role may require shifts, overtime, weekends or public holidays when operations demand it. Knowledge of workplace health and safety procedures is a useful advantage.

Responsibilities
Assist in receiving incoming goods and checking quantities against delivery notes.
Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
Arrange and store products in designated warehouse locations.
Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for delivery or dispatch.
Assist with stock counting and inventory checks.
Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the warehouse supervisor.
Maintain proper organization of goods and storage areas.
Keep the warehouse clean, tidy, and free from obstructions.
Follow instructions for handling, storing, and moving products.
Assist with preparing delivery documents and updating stock records when required.
Follow company procedures for stock control and material handling.
Use warehouse tools and equipment safely, where trained and authorized.
Follow health, safety, and security regulations.
Support warehouse staff and other departments with daily operational tasks.
Perform other duties assigned by the warehouse supervisor.
Requirements
High school education or equivalent is preferred.
Previous warehouse experience is an advantage but not always required.
Basic understanding of warehouse operations and stock handling.
Ability to read labels, delivery notes, and basic inventory documents.
Physically fit and able to lift and move items safely.
Good teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
Willingness to work shifts, overtime, weekends, or public holidays when required.
Knowledge of workplace health and safety procedures is an advantage.
