Job Description
Hemera Restaurant is hiring a Captain Order to lead the dining-room ordering experience, from welcoming guests to making sure each dish reaches the table correctly. The role links customers, the kitchen and restaurant management, so service runs smoothly and guests feel well looked after.
You will take and process orders accurately, guide guests through the menu and offer recommendations. You will also work with the kitchen team to keep preparation and delivery on time, and check each order for accuracy and quality before it is served. Beyond order-taking, you will manage table arrangements, keep the dining area clean and hygienic, and handle any guest concerns politely. All of this is done in line with food safety, hygiene and company service standards.
The position offers a monthly salary of AED 2,000 to AED 2,800. It suits someone who enjoys face-to-face service and wants to build or continue a career in restaurant and hospitality operations.
Ideal Candidate
The right person is well presented, professional and calm during busy service periods. They communicate clearly with guests and colleagues and work well in a team. Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is an advantage, as are language skills beyond basic English. Flexibility with shifts, weekends and holidays is important for this role.

Responsibilities
Receive and process customer orders accurately.
