Job Description
Masafi Water is looking for a reliable and safety-conscious Delivery Driver to join its logistics and distribution team in Al Quoz, Dubai. This role is responsible for the safe, accurate, and timely delivery of bottled water and related products to customers, retailers, offices, residential communities, and commercial establishments across assigned routes.
As a Delivery Driver, you will operate a company vehicle in full compliance with UAE traffic laws, follow planned delivery schedules, and ensure every delivery is completed with care and professionalism. The role involves loading and unloading products safely, verifying delivery documents, collecting customer signatures or payments where required, and maintaining accurate delivery and vehicle records.
You will also be expected to carry out routine vehicle inspections, report any mechanical issues or delays promptly, and keep the delivery vehicle clean and in good working condition. Strong coordination with warehouse, dispatch, and sales teams is essential to support smooth order fulfilment and consistent service quality.
Beyond the physical and logistical aspects of the job, this position calls for excellent customer service skills, as you will regularly interact with customers, retailers, and office staff, representing Masafi Water professionally at every delivery point.
Ideal Candidate
- Holds a valid UAE driving license and has solid experience navigating UAE roads, highways, and residential and commercial areas.
- Has around 2 to 3 years of delivery driving experience, ideally within water delivery, FMCG, beverage distribution, or similar logistics operations in the UAE.
- Is physically fit and comfortable with lifting, carrying, and handling bottled water products on a daily basis.
- Demonstrates strong time-management skills and consistently meets delivery schedules.
- Is dependable, disciplined, and punctual, with a genuine customer-first attitude.
- Communicates well in basic English, with Arabic or other commonly spoken UAE languages considered an advantage.
- Maintains a professional appearance and courteous manner when dealing with customers and colleagues.
- Is flexible to work rotating shifts, weekends, public holidays, and extended hours as operational needs require.
- Is currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately.

Responsibilities
*Safely operate the assigned company delivery vehicle and comply with all UAE traffic laws and road safety regulations.
*Deliver bottled water and assigned products to customers according to daily schedules and designated routes.
*Ensure deliveries are completed accurately, safely, and within the required delivery timeframes.
*Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and minimize delays.
*Load, unload, carry, and arrange water products safely while preventing damage to goods and customer property.
*Verify delivery quantities, invoices, delivery notes, and other relevant documents before completing each delivery.
*Obtain customer signatures, delivery confirmations, or proof of delivery as required.
*Collect payments from customers where applicable and maintain accurate records in accordance with company procedures.
*Handle cash and payment collections responsibly and submit them according to company policy.
*Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers, retailers, offices, and other delivery points.
*Respond professionally to customer enquiries and escalate complaints or delivery issues to the appropriate supervisor.
*Ensure delivered products are clean, properly packaged, and in good condition.
*Maintain proper product handling and stock rotation procedures where applicable.
*Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the assigned vehicle, including tyres, brakes, lights, fluids, and other safety components.
*Keep the delivery vehicle clean, organized, and in good operating condition.
*Report vehicle defects, accidents, breakdowns, delays, or maintenance requirements promptly.
*Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel consumption, collections, and vehicle-related activities.
*Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, sales, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and delivery operations.
*Follow company policies relating to health and safety, vehicle security, product handling, customer service, and delivery procedures.
*Maintain professional grooming, punctuality, discipline, and a positive customer-focused attitude.
*Perform additional delivery and logistics duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
*Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
*Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant delivery driving experience, preferably within the UAE.
*Previous experience in water delivery, FMCG, beverage distribution, food distribution, logistics, or similar delivery operations is highly advantageous.
*Good knowledge of UAE roads, highways, residential communities, commercial areas, offices, and major delivery locations.
*Strong understanding of UAE traffic laws and safe driving practices.
*Experience handling delivery documentation, invoices, delivery notes, and proof-of-delivery records.
*Physically fit and capable of lifting, carrying, loading, and unloading bottled water products.
*Good time-management skills with the ability to meet scheduled delivery times.
*Reliable, punctual, disciplined, and responsible.
*Good customer service and communication skills.
*Basic English communication skills are required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages commonly spoken in the UAE is an advantage.
*Professional appearance and courteous attitude when dealing with customers.
*Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, public holidays, overtime, and extended hours according to operational requirements.
