Job Description

TotalEnergies Service 4U Auto Care is looking for a Helper to support day-to-day operations and help the team keep work running smoothly. The role is hands-on and varied. It involves working alongside supervisors and colleagues, handling materials and goods, and keeping the workplace clean and organised.

The position is open to candidates with no prior experience (0 years required), and the monthly salary range is AED 1,500 – 2,000. It suits someone who is willing to learn, takes direction well and is comfortable with physical work.

Role Overview

As a Helper, you will be a dependable support for the wider team. Your work will include assisting with loading, unloading, carrying, packing, moving and storing items, and helping to arrange materials in an orderly way. Depending on operational needs, you may support warehouse, office, construction or general activities.

Safety and hygiene are an important part of the role. You will be expected to handle tools, equipment and materials with care, follow company health, safety and hygiene procedures, and tell your supervisor promptly about any damaged materials or workplace issues. You will take instructions from supervisors and management and may be asked to carry out other duties assigned by management.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is hardworking, reliable and punctual, with a positive attitude toward learning on the job. You should be physically fit and able to manage manual tasks, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Basic education is preferred, and previous experience as a helper is an advantage but not essential.
