Job Description
SHS Royal Building Contracting is looking for an HR Executive to support the smooth day-to-day running of its human resources function. This role plays a key part in ensuring that recruitment, employee relations, attendance tracking, payroll coordination and HR documentation are all handled efficiently and in line with company policy and applicable labor regulations.
As an HR Executive, you will act as a central point of contact for employees and management on HR-related matters, helping to maintain accurate records, support fair and consistent processes, and contribute to a positive and well-organized workplace. The role offers hands-on exposure to the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to ongoing administration and support for performance and engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities
Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents.
Monitor employee attendance, leave, and working hours.
Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely salary processing.
Handle employee queries and provide support regarding HR policies and procedures.
Assist in performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes.
Manage employee onboarding, orientation, transfers, promotions, and resignations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
Support employee engagement, training, and development activities.
Prepare HR reports and maintain necessary documentation.
Assist the HR Manager with daily HR operations and special projects.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in HR or a similar role.
Good knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, attendance, and HR administration.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office and HR software.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Knowledge of UAE labor laws is an advantage.
