Job Description
Gulf Precast Concrete Company LLC-S.P.C is looking for an experienced QMS / QA Officer to support the implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of its Quality Management System (QMS) and Integrated Management System (IMS). The role is based across the UAE and is suited to a quality professional with a strong grounding in ISO standards, internal auditing, risk management and process improvement.
Working with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 as the core frameworks, you will help the company keep its management systems effective, well documented and consistently applied. Your work will span production, project and operational processes, with a focus on compliance with approved procedures, customer requirements, technical specifications and relevant UAE regulations.
What the Role Involves
Day to day, the position combines system oversight with hands-on coordination. You will plan and carry out internal audits, follow up on findings and keep the records that demonstrate compliance. You will also maintain quality KPIs, risk registers and process documentation, and prepare periodic reports to inform management review.
Collaboration is central to the role. You will liaise with production, engineering, project, HSE, procurement and other teams to resolve quality-related issues, raise and track Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and make sure corrective and preventive actions are completed within agreed timelines. Root-cause analysis and continuous improvement work will support efforts to reduce defects, rework, customer complaints and process inefficiencies.
You will also assist with external certification, surveillance, client and regulatory audits, and help promote quality awareness and ISO-related training across the organisation.
Ideal Candidate
The company is looking for a candidate with a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management or a related field, and 3 to 5 years of relevant QMS/IMS experience, ideally in the precast, construction or manufacturing industry. Mandatory certifications are Certified IMS Internal Auditor (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001) and Certified QMS Lead Auditor (ISO 9001:2015).
The right person will combine technical knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 with practical experience in audits, KPI management, risk registers, SWOT analysis, process mapping and document control. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word), together with good reporting, communication and analytical skills, will be important for success in this role.

Responsibilities
*Implement, maintain, and monitor the company’s QMS/IMS in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 requirements.
*Conduct internal audits and coordinate audit activities to ensure compliance with applicable standards, procedures, and organizational requirements.
*Plan, execute, document, and follow up on internal audits, identifying non-conformities, observations, and opportunities for improvement.
*Monitor and maintain Quality KPIs, objectives, targets, and performance indicators, preparing periodic reports for management review.
*Maintain and update Risk Registers, ensuring operational and process-related risks are identified, assessed, monitored, and appropriately controlled.
*Support SWOT analysis, management reviews, and strategic improvement initiatives.
*Develop, review, and maintain process maps, procedures, work instructions, forms, and other QMS/IMS documentation.
*Ensure effective document control, including document creation, review, approval, revision, distribution, and retention.
*Monitor quality assurance activities across production, project, and operational processes to ensure compliance with approved procedures and standards.
*Coordinate with production, engineering, project, HSE, procurement, and other departments to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
*Raise and monitor Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions are implemented and closed within agreed timelines.
*Conduct root-cause analysis and support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, rework, customer complaints, and process inefficiencies.
*Assist with external certification, surveillance, client, and regulatory audits and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
*Monitor compliance with applicable customer requirements, company procedures, technical specifications, and relevant UAE regulations.
*Maintain accurate audit records, QMS/IMS reports, corrective action records, risk registers, KPI reports, and other quality documentation.
*Support quality awareness and ISO-related training initiatives to promote a strong culture of compliance and continuous improvement.
*Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the continual effectiveness of the QMS/IMS.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in QMS/IMS, preferably in the precast, construction, or manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
• Certified IMS Internal Auditor (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001) – Mandatory.
• Certified QMS Lead Auditor (ISO 9001:2015) – Mandatory.
• Experience in audits, KPI management, Risk Registers, SWOT analysis, process mapping, and document control.
