Job Description
Sarya Marketing is recruiting a Sales team member to support customers in its store. The role is customer-facing. You will welcome shoppers, guide them to the items they need, and complete their purchases at the till.
A good salesperson in this position is polite and helpful with every customer while also working toward sales objectives. Strong communication skills are essential, because much of the day involves explaining products, answering questions and resolving requests. The advertised salary is AED 1500 – 2000, and the role is open to candidates with 0 years of experience.
What the Role Involves
The role combines customer service with day-to-day store support. Besides assisting shoppers on the shop floor, you will help keep stock information accurate. When an item is unavailable, you will check other branches or order it for the customer. You will also pass any complaints you cannot resolve to management.

This position suits someone who is friendly and approachable and who stays motivated through busy shifts. Retail experience and a degree in sales, marketing, commerce or a related field would be advantageous. Basic maths skills and flexibility with working hours are also important.
