Job Description
ServeU Facilities Management is looking for a capable and disciplined Security Supervisor to take charge of daily security operations across an assigned site in Dubai. This role sits at the heart of the client’s safety framework, overseeing security personnel, maintaining strict access control, and ensuring that every incident, however minor, is handled with the right level of attention and documentation.
As Security Supervisor, you will act as the operational link between frontline security officers and facility management, making sure that shift coverage, patrols, and emergency response procedures run smoothly at all times. The position calls for someone who can lead by example, stay calm under pressure, and keep both staff and site protocols aligned with company standards and UAE regulatory requirements.
Beyond routine supervision, you will be expected to monitor CCTV feeds, coordinate with control room operators, and step in personally when incidents, alarms, or unusual activity require immediate attention. Accurate reporting is a core part of the job, so strong written communication and attention to detail are essential when logging occurrences, preparing shift reports, or investigating breaches.
Ideal Candidate
The right candidate brings at least two years of hands-on experience in a security supervisory role, ideally within facilities management, commercial buildings, residential communities, hospitality, or retail environments. UAE-specific security experience is highly valued, along with a valid security license or certification relevant to the assigned emirate.
- Confident leading and motivating a team of security officers across rotating shifts
- Solid understanding of access control, patrol operations, and emergency response protocols
- Comfortable using basic computer systems to prepare reports and maintain accurate records
- Physically fit, alert, and able to remain composed during high-pressure situations
- Strong observation and decision-making skills, paired with clear communication
- Open to working nights, weekends, and public holidays as part of a shift rotation

Responsibilities
*Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of security officers and assigned security personnel.
*Ensure effective access control at entrances, exits, reception areas, parking facilities, and restricted zones.
*Conduct regular patrols and inspections to identify security risks, safety hazards, and unauthorized activities.
*Monitor CCTV operations and coordinate with CCTV operators and security control rooms.
*Respond promptly and appropriately to security incidents, emergencies, alarms, accidents, and other unusual situations.
*Prepare and maintain accurate incident reports, daily occurrence logs, shift reports, and other security documentation.
*Conduct regular briefings and toolbox talks to ensure security staff understand site procedures and responsibilities.
*Ensure proper deployment, attendance, grooming, uniform standards, and discipline of security personnel.
*Coordinate with facility management, client representatives, emergency services, and relevant authorities when required.
*Control visitor, contractor, and vehicle access in accordance with approved site procedures.
*Ensure security equipment, access-control systems, communication devices, and other related facilities are properly maintained and operational.
*Investigate and report security breaches, complaints, incidents, and violations to management.
*Ensure all security operations comply with company policies, client requirements, and applicable UAE regulations.
*Maintain confidentiality of security-related information and demonstrate professionalism at all times.
Requirements
*Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or in a senior security role, preferably within facilities management, commercial buildings, residential communities, hospitality, retail, or large-scale sites.
*Relevant UAE security experience is highly preferred.
*Valid UAE security-related license/certification required for the assigned emirate and role, where applicable.
*Strong knowledge of security procedures, access control, emergency response, patrol operations, and incident reporting.
*Experience supervising and managing a team of security officers.
*Good communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
*Basic computer skills and ability to prepare security reports and maintain records.
*Physically fit, alert, disciplined, and capable of working under pressure.
*Strong observation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
*Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
*Candidates currently residing in the UAE are preferred.
