Job Description
TotalEnergies Service 4U Auto Care is recruiting a Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations and lead the team on the ground. The role centres on keeping work organised, staff accountable and standards consistent, so that tasks are finished efficiently and in line with company expectations.
The Supervisor is the link between the team and management. You will assign work, monitor performance and productivity, and keep attendance and schedules on track. You will also coach staff to build their skills, uphold discipline and company policies, and handle workplace issues as they arise. Daily progress reports keep management informed, and you will be expected to flag operational problems and recommend practical improvements. Health, safety and security procedures remain a standing priority, as does coordination with management and other departments.
Ideal Candidate
This position suits someone who is comfortable taking charge of a team and staying composed when deadlines are tight. The employer looks for:
- Clear communication and sound problem-solving when issues need quick resolution.
- Strong organisation and time management across several tasks and team members.
- Confidence preparing reports and using basic computer tools.
- A fair, firm leadership style that supports staff while maintaining standards.
Candidates with previous supervisory experience will have an advantage, though the focus is on leadership ability, reliability and a commitment to quality and safe working practices.
