UNIKAI Foods is looking for a motivated, results-oriented Van Salesman to join its sales team in the UAE. In this role, the successful candidate will drive the assigned sales vehicle, build and maintain strong customer relationships, work toward achieving sales targets, and ensure products are delivered on time and properly merchandised across their assigned territories.</p>

We are seeking a confident, energetic, and customer-focused sales professional with solid knowledge of the UAE FMCG market. The right candidate will pair strong driving skills with a demonstrated ability to develop customer relationships, grow sales, handle stock responsibly, and consistently meet assigned targets.</p>

Responsibilities
*Drive the company sales van safely and efficiently across assigned UAE routes.
*Visit supermarkets, groceries, cafeterias, restaurants, hotels, and other assigned retail and food-service outlets.
*Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
*Promote and sell company products to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
*Identify new business opportunities and expand customer coverage within the assigned territory.
*Take customer orders, prepare sales invoices, and ensure accurate order fulfilment.
*Ensure products are properly displayed, merchandised, and maintained according to company standards.
*Monitor product availability, stock levels, expiry dates, and market requirements at customer locations.
*Ensure proper loading, transportation, handling, and delivery of products.
*Collect payments where applicable and maintain accurate sales and collection records.
*Follow up on customer enquiries, complaints, returns, and product-related issues professionally.
*Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market trends and report relevant information to management.
*Maintain the sales van in a clean, organised, and roadworthy condition.
*Ensure proper stock rotation using FIFO/FEFO principles and minimise product damage and wastage.
*Prepare daily sales, stock, collection, and activity reports as required.
*Comply with company policies, food safety requirements, UAE traffic regulations, and HSE procedures.
Requirements
*Valid UAE Driving License is required.
*Minimum 2 years of van sales or FMCG sales experience, preferably in the UAE.
*Experience in food, beverages, FMCG, retail, or distribution is highly preferred.
*Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop customer accounts.
*Good knowledge of UAE roads, markets, retail outlets, and assigned territories.
*Strong selling, negotiation, communication, and customer-service skills.
*Basic knowledge of stock handling, merchandising, and cash/collection procedures.
*Ability to work independently in a target-driven outdoor sales environment.
*Good numerical and reporting skills.
*Physically fit and able to load/unload products when required.
*Professional appearance, positive attitude, punctuality, and reliability.
